Cancellation and Modification Policy - French test
1. Cancellation and Refunds
No cancellations are permitted after registration.
No refunds will be issued for any reason.
Test registration is final and binding.
2. Date Change
A request to change the test date or postpone the test may be made no later than 15 calendar days before the scheduled test date.
Any request made less than 15 days before the test date will be refused.
All changes are subject to availability.
3. Applicable Fees
Change or postponement fee: $50 per competency
Non-respect of 20-day wait period: $50 per competency
Fees must be paid before the change or postponement can be confirmed.
4. Absence on the Test Day
If a candidate is absent without having submitted a request within the required timeframe, the candidate will be considered absent.
In such cases, no refund will be issued.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
Any exceptional situations (serious medical reason force majeure, etc.) must be supported by an official document and may involve additional fees.
** Approval of a postponement remains at the discretion of the CCIP.
Group Course Cancellation
Courses of four (4) weeks or less
- There is no refund available
- To request a transfer of fees based on the table below, a written notice of withdrawal stating the reason for terminating the course is required to be sent to info@point3.com.
- The transferable amount will be based on the balance of unused fees.
- Transferable fees may be applied to other POINT3 services.
- Please refer to table below:

Group Course Cancellation
Courses of more than (4) four weeks
- To receive a refund of fees based on the table below, a written notice of withdrawal stating the reason for terminating the course is required to be sent to info@point3.com.
- The refunded amount will be based on the balance of unused fees.
- In addition to non-refundable fees, a 6% processing fee will be charged on refundable amounts
- Refundable fees may be transferred to other POINT3 services.

Private Lesson Cancellation
- Classes may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 working hours’ notice prior to the scheduled class time. Please send an email to info@point3.com as well as to your teacher in CC.
- Private course cancellation requests must be made in writing a minimum of one week (7 days) prior to the following scheduled lesson.
- All refunds will incur a 6% processing fee on refundable amounts.
- Private lessons put on hold must be requested in writing.
- Private lessons put on hold must be taken within 3 months from the last class taken otherwise a refund will be issued with a $50.00 fee + 6% processing fee on refundable amounts.
